Founded in Parkersburg, West Virginia, the company started as a household goods moving company operated by John Thurman Curry using just two horses and a wagon. After a period of dormancy, the company was revitalized in 1947 by Curry's son, Earl, who added a small storage building and renamed the company to Curry Transfer.
Today, Curry Moving & Storage continues to offer a comprehensive range of moving and storage solutions to customers throughout the region. We'll pack up all your items, taking special care of any antique or fragile items. Once Everything is packed and loaded into our moving truck(s), we'll safely and effectively deliver your belongings to their new location. We ensure all items are safely unloaded and taken into your new home or business safe and sound. We also provide unpacking serves for an additional fee.
